Question: How long will the cleaning service take?
Answer: Time varies depending on works required and the size of the property:

• A complete studio flat clean takes about 2 hours
• Larger 4–6 bedroom properties take between 6–8 hours
• Carpet & window cleaning is completed within 3 hours
• All jobs have a same day completion

Question: Do I need to provide the cleaning materials?
Answer: No. Shine provides all industrial grade materials and equipment.
Question: Are you insured?
Answer: Yes we are fully insured with £10m public liabilty.
Question: Do you work weekends?
Answer: Shine is 24 hours 7 days a week.
Question: What areas do you cover?
Answer: We cover all areas of Greater London and the Home Counties.
Question: Do you do regular cleaning?
Answer: Unfortunately we don't.
